We value your trust in our handmade home décor, and we want you to love every piece you receive. Since each item is handcrafted with care, please review our refund and return policy below.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized items
Items on sale or discounted bundles
Used or damaged items post-delivery

💥 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at mailmaatistore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this window, the order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be canceled.
