We value your trust in our handmade home décor, and we want you to love every piece you receive. Since each item is handcrafted with care, please review our refund and return policy below.
*Return & Refund Guidelines*
1. A clear unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to generate a refund request.
2. Please carefully check the size of the product in the image before purchasing, as we do not accept returns due to size issues.
3. Our refund policy is valid for 5 days after receiving your parcel. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
5. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
6. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. We only exchange items if they are defective.
8. Returns or replacements are not offered if the product does not meet personal preferences for look, quality, or size.
9. We do not generate return pickup. Return parcels are to be couriered by customers.
10. Refund will be processed after the return courier is received and the product is in acceptable condition.
11. Once the refund is processed, it may take upto 7 working days to get reflect in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
